Gastronomic Piedmont and Truffle Hunting
Depart to Alba, the capital of winemaking, white truffle and Ferrero chocolate. Walk through the center with a visit to shops full of delicacies and a rich selection of the best wine labels. In the boutique restaurant, away from the busy streets, guests will find a colorful and artistic chef to conduct a culinary master class. The dishes prepared under the strict guidance of the chef will make the lunch menu, accompanied by the recommended wines of the region. Guests will meet and move with a truffle hunter and his trained cheerful dog. The gambling truffle hunting will take place in a picturesque area. An experienced hunter will tell you interesting details about this valuable product, while walking in the open air among the beautiful autumn nature. The experience will end in the hunter’s house by tasting excellent home-made wine.
